Who runs this site

These terms cover the AgentProof site and interactive previews, run by the operator below. Age and capacity requirements: [MINIMUM AGE AND CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS]. If you act for an organization, you must have its authority.

What the demo does

The public demo is a simulation. Its attacks, defenses, repairs, findings, and evidence records are not real. The demo does not test for real vulnerabilities, monitor production systems, or certify that a site or app is secure.

Website previews are switched off while the demo is rebuilt. iPhone previews show published App Store screenshots, not an installed app or live device. Access to a preview does not give you permission to attack, change, or test the original site or app.

A paid plan is a subscription for one workspace, charged in advance in US dollars every month or every year. Yearly billing costs ten months of the monthly price. Stripe processes the payments. A subscription renews until an owner or admin cancels it in billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A workspace without an active plan keeps its reports but cannot start runs. Deleting a workspace cancels its subscription. Taxes: [SALES TAX AND VAT TREATMENT]. Refunds: [REFUND POLICY].

Accounts and agent runs

You need a confirmed email address to run agents. Keep your password and API tokens secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Agents act on the tasks you give them. They browse, run commands, and change files on their own private machines. Only give an agent work you are allowed to do. Only point it at systems you own or have written permission to test.

Each account has limits on active runs, daily runs, machine minutes, and model tokens. A run stops after 10 minutes. A scheduled run that needs an answer stops and is marked blocked. Results are what the agent reported. They are not a security certification or a guarantee that a system is safe.

The prices on the Pricing page are illustrative. Creating an account does not start a paid plan. Paid plans: [PAID PLAN TERMS, OR NONE].

Using the site

You may explore the interface and its simulations. Submit only public links or app queries you are entitled to use. You are responsible for following the law, respecting third-party rights, and meeting the target service's access rules.

  • Keep credentials, private or signed links, confidential material, and unnecessary personal information out of submissions.
  • Do not bypass login requirements, site restrictions, rate limits, or network isolation.
  • Do not overload the preview services, Apple's APIs, or other sites. Do not automate requests to evade limits.
  • Do not claim simulated results are real vulnerabilities, completed tests, endorsements, or security guarantees.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful access, harassment, infringement, or other harmful conduct.

Who owns the content

You keep the rights you hold in submitted material. You allow the operator to process your link or query, retrieve public material, display your preview, and cache app-search records. The Privacy Policy explains that processing. This transfers no ownership and grants no rights you do not hold.

App screenshots, references, trademarks, and third-party artwork remain subject to their owners' rights. Seeing a public preview does not give you the right to republish or sell that material. AgentProof has no affiliation with or endorsement from the owners of the referenced games, sites, or apps.

BoopFace animation is by CX ArtLab under the MIT license. Lucide icons use their shipped license. Those open-source licenses govern the components. Rights in original AgentProof material belong to [RIGHTS HOLDER].

Access and availability

Features may change, pause, or be removed. A preview may fail if a site blocks automated access, needs a login, changes its content, or uses unsupported requests. The operator promises no continuous availability, support response time, or saved simulation history.

Access may be limited when reasonably needed to address misuse, technical limits, third-party restrictions, or legal duties. These terms give you no access rights to third-party systems and do not override their rules.

Limits and responsibility

Where the law allows, the prototype is provided as available, without a warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or security. Do not base real security, compliance, purchasing, or operating decisions on its simulations.

Where the law allows, the operator is not responsible for losses from relying on simulated findings or from third-party services outside its control. These terms do not exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that the law protects from exclusion or limitation.

Further liability terms: [JURISDICTION-REVIEWED LIABILITY TERMS, IF REQUIRED].

Applicable law and disputes

Governing law: [GOVERNING LAW]. Courts or dispute forum: [JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE FORUM]. Mandatory consumer protections and rights still apply.

Send questions, concerns, and rights notices to [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL], at [LEGAL NOTICE ADDRESS].

Terms updates

The effective date identifies this version. Updates will appear here, with any extra notice the law requires. Real testing, accounts, or paid services would need suitable terms before launch.
